There are many London tour options. We suggest that Andrew meets you at Heathrow, drives you into central London, drops your bags off at your hotel, and continues on a panoramic tour. The taxi can get down the narrow backstreets, old mews and Andrew can stop on taxi spots and take you on mini walking tours before popping back in the cab to carry on your adventure.
With a three-hour tour, there will be time for a couple of tea stops and go inside a few places of historic interest, such as the Roman Amphitheatre, the Temple of Mithras and an old London church or Museum. En route, you will see Buckingham Palace, Harrods, the Albert Memorial, Big Ben (Parliament), the Tower of London, St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.
You will get an excellent overview of London, its culture, history and a few of its quirks – all from the point of view of a famous London cabby.

"I love London so much, it is my city"
Andrew was born in 1965. After leaving school, he went to a catering college and qualified as a chef, and his first job was as a chef on the world's most famous cruise liner, the QE2. He worked on the cruise ship for five years and then set up a sandwich business delivering to office workers in the City of London until 1993.
Andrew's love of London and meeting people is immediately obvious. Driving a taxi would give him the best of both worlds. Andrew passed the knowledge of London, which comprises of learning 1000's of streets, buildings and historical sites of London. Twenty-seven years later, Andrew felt it was the right time to pass on his knowledge to people visiting the great city of London.
Andrew says, "In recent years, I met another Andrew, the owner and director of Luxury Vacations UK. We hit it off. We share the passion for knowledge and want to tell the story of London entertainingly AND from the perspective of an experienced London Taxi Driver. It's another way to enjoy this incredible place."
