Howard Stevens Ltd is trading as Luxury Vacations UK and Chauffeurs UK, a limited company incorporated in England.
We offer tailor-made inbound travel services to professional overseas travel providers, overseas tour operators, professional overseas travel advisors and customers who contact us through our website or referral. Our tailor-made travel services take place within the United Kingdom.
The Luxury Vacations UK brand is a holder of a PRIVATE HIRE OPERATORS LICENSE (OP-2144) with Mid Sussex District Council, which allows the booking and operation of Private Hire Vehicles and Drivers – services frequently described as a “limo service” or “chauffeur-driven tours”. This license allows us to provide visitors to the UK with our core service of chauffeur-driven guided tours and other types of chauffeur-driven services, such as airport transfers.

English Law
English Law will govern the contract between us, and the English courts will resolve any dispute exclusively. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Data Protection
The protection of your personal information or data is critical to us. To respond to an enquiry, process and fulfil your booking or send you a brochure or other promotional material, we need to collect your contact details, such as your name and address. We will only process your data following our Privacy Policy LINK here. General Data Protection Regulation (which is otherwise known as GDPR) and a new UK Data Protection Act. We refer to this legislation as data protection laws.
You may ask us what personal data of yours is being held or processed, for what purpose and to whom it may be or has been disclosed. You may also withdraw your consent to receiving marketing material or other communications from us at any time by unsubscribing to our e-mails or otherwise contacting us.
Brochure and Website Content
We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in our marketing material is correct and up to date. We also require regular updates from our suppliers (hotels and activity suppliers) regularly to be able to provide our customers with accurate information.
Rates and Packages
A 'package' is a pre-arranged combination of at least three travel services. Examples are accommodation, tours and ticket purchase. We cannot be made responsible for any additional services NOT purchased through Luxury Vacations UK.
Guides and Service Providers
Our fully trained professional guides and drivers can offer guided tours on our itineraries at most places of interest, venues, towns and cities. At some locations, our guides do not have the authority or knowledge to conduct guided tours. Options for another 'local' provider or audio guides can be purchased, subject to availability and payment of additional fees.
Information provided to us
We can provide a fully designed itinerary with a quote only when the following information is provided:
1. Day of arrival and port of entry
2. Day of departure and port of exit
3. Personal interests, touring and services requested
4. Names and ages of visitors
5. Accommodation level and room configuration requirements
6. Any other information that can help us succeed in offering an appropriate service
7. Travel budget excluding inbound flight costs. We do not provide air travel to the UK from overseas.
Booking Conditions
All travel services are subject to availability at the point of payment of a 25% non-refundable tour-design, booking and set-up fee. We reserve the right to refuse to proceed with any booking anytime for any reason. Once the contract is made between us, we will use skill and care to perform our obligations to you.
Where your booking is for more than one person, the first-named person in your party aged eighteen years or over will be treated by us as the 'lead name' for your booking. The lead (or Agent) name will be responsible for making all payments due to us following our contract. We will treat your completion and submission of our Booking Form as confirmation that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation and Amendments
(a) The Company will try to assist you if you wish to alter your arrangements. Requests for an amendment must be in writing. If it is possible to make the amendment, it will be subject to an amendment charge of £50 per booking, together with all communication charges or other expenses incurred by the Company. These charges will be payable in any event.
(b) All cancellations are to be made in writing. Cancellations are valid on the day the Company receives them. If you cancel multiple-day tours or overnight extended touring, the following cancellation charges will be payable, depending upon the number of days before the commencement of booked services the Company receives your notice of cancellation.
We require a 25% non-refundable tour design, booking, and SET UP FEE plus the value of tickets, which require immediate booking to secure your services with Luxury Vacations UK. The amount of 25% (non-refundable tour design, booking and set-up fee) represents work carried out, which includes but is not limited to three quotes, a fully detailed final itinerary, and all administration required for service set-up. In exceptional circumstances, we can apply the tour design, booking, and set fee amount to a future date - If the client cannot travel on the original dates. The company will have the prerogative to the period allowed.
The remaining payment of 75% of the total cost is due 30 days before arrival.
If a Client/Agent wishes to cancel or amend Services less than 30 days before the travel date, we can only refund any recoverable amounts of fees. Usually, there are no recoverable fees at this stage of the booking.
Single Service Cancellations
If you cancel an individual (1-day tour) day tour within 48 hours of the scheduled commencement of the booked service, the cancellation charge will be 75% of the total cost.
Travel Insurance Required
Luxury Vacations UK (Howard Stevens Ltd) requires proof of full Travel Insurance before booking. When booking with Luxury Vacations UK (Howard Stevens Ltd), the booker needs to obtain adequate travel insurance, including cover for cancellation fees.
