Each room at Colcat & Spa is catered to their guests needs with a flat screen tv to have some downtime in the evenings to a pantry and mini fridge in case you get a little craving. Have a lovely cup of coffee in the morning from the Nespresso machine and practise some selfcare in the en-suite bathroom by using the Aromatherapy Associates products.

Self-contained stays
Each bolthole is accessible by a private entrance and features a comfy bedroom as well as a pantry with essentials, so you don’t get hungry. Some even have their own dining or lounge area.

Restaurants
Calcot & Spa values local produce, which is used to create seasonal, surprising dishes. Choose between the intimate setting at the Conservatory or the welcoming Gumstool for a lovely get-together.

The Conservatory has an abundance of natural lighting and overlooks the stunning grounds of the estate. Find yourself choosing dishes of an eclectic and imaginative menu in an intimate setting.

The Gumstool is known as Calcot & Spa’ very own Cotswolds inn. Here reimagined classic pub food is served as well as real ales and superb wines. Featuring a log fire and pub garden, this place is perfect for any get-together.

Facilities
Take some well-deserved me-time at the Calcot Spa, have a swim in the heated indoor pool or book any of the various spa treatments that are available. If you fancy a work-out, why not use the outdoor and indoor gym?

Play a game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts or challenge yourself to the 3km Trim Trail.

History
Henry of Kingwood built the property in the 1300s as the tithe barn annexe of Kingswood Abbey. Afterwards Calcot belonged to the church until King Henry VIII dissolved England’s monasteries in the 16th century.

Calcot has been privately owned by the Estcourt Family for several centuries. The property expanded to include a 16-century manor house and various outbuildings.

The building first opened its door as a luxury hotel in 1984. Nowadays the estate is the flagship hotel of The Calcot Collection.
