William Guthrie is the head chef, and together with his team of gifted chefs, they work hard to create delicious, innovative menus where British cuisine and locally sourced ingredients are key.

The Vale of Evesham, otherwise known as England’s market garden, provides fresh local produce; on the Manor’s grounds, fresh herbs are grown, and of course, there is also a spectacular wine cellar.

Facilities
The hotel has ten acres of lovely gardens that are ideal for wandering, tucked away amongst woodland leading into the adjoining countryside.

If you prefer spending some time outdoors, there is croquet, boules, and tennis available to all guests. If you need any assistance, the staff at reception is happy to help and provide equipment to play.

History
The Manor traces back to the 13th century and was first mentioned in 600 A.D. when the Abbey of Gloucester owned the land. It is believed that Buckland village is home to the oldest rectory in England, located next to the Manor. The building has a majestic timbered hall that dates back to the 15th century.
