Accommodation
Each room is unique and named after a flower, some have balconies overlooking the gardens whilst others have four-poster beds. Get a good night’s rest in a Vispring bed with crisp white linen. Take a self-care moment using l’Occitane skin care and bath lotions in the en-suite bathroom with a bathtub or walk-in shower. The hotel has complimentary wi-fi access throughout the rooms.

All rooms have superb garden views; some provide a private balcony whilst others have a roll-top bath.

Suite options
The Carnation Junior Suite is located in the main house, offers a four-poster bed, a marble bathroom with a separate bath and shower and a lovely dressing room overlooking the gardens.

The Widcombe and Lansdown Junior Suites are located in the neighbouring Lindens building, fitted with sizeable living rooms, a private balcony overlooking the gardens.

Family Crescent Suites are housed in the neighbouring Lindens building with garden and courtyard views. The perfect place to relax and entertain, these suites have a spacious living room and a modern bathroom with both a bath and a shower.

Master Crescent Suites are found in the neighbouring Lindens building, have spacious living rooms that are perfect for unwinding and offer spectacular views of the garden.

Restaurants
At Bath Priory, you’ll find a cosy dining area overlooking the hotel’s magnificent gardens. The restaurant provides an inspiring modern culinary experience focused on fresh, local produce. Get insight from the Head Sommelier, so the wine gets perfectly paired with the chosen dishes.

The Pantry offers a casual dining experience set in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere with seasonal, light and delicious dishes.

The Terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining and drinking. In early summer, there’s a backdrop of scented wisteria clad walls overlooking the beautiful gardens.

Facilities
The Bath Priory has many facilities, one of them is The Garden Spa, a relaxing oasis with four treatment rooms with a range of deluxe treatments and an indoor pool, sauna, steam pod and shower.

There is also a heated outdoor pool in the garden.

On the hotel grounds, there are over three acres of gardens with loads of tucked away spots to relax, or why not do some yoga either in your room or outside, mats are available at reception.

History
The Bath Priory was built in 1835 on land once owned by The Priory of Bath Abbey as a private residence. The building is known for its gothic architectural characteristics.

In the 1960s, the home was converted into the dormitories for The Park School. Around 1969 the building was converted into a seven-bedroom hotel.

The following 25 years, The Bath Priory prospered as a hotel, and by September 1994, the Brownsword family purchased it.
