Costs are per group, not per person. (private, no car sharing)
Costs of extended overnight touring is based on a daily rate, which includes 8 hours and 150 miles per day with 3 basic pricing categories based on the number of persons in your private group/family. In addition to the daily rate, your driver-guides overnight expenses will be charged at £85.00 per night.
Pricing categories: Up to 2 people, Up to 4 people, Up to 7 People.
What is not included?

- Daily parking fees are fixed at £20.00 for a full day tour of London and £10.00 for a half day tour of London, charges do not apply for tours of London, which take place on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. Day tours from London will incur a fixed £10.00 parking charge.
Theatre and restaurant reservations
Theatre and restaurant reservations will incur an admin charge of £15.00 per person.
Larger groups of 8 persons or more
Private hire of luxury motor coaches (8 to 49 seats) with fully trained 'Blue Badge' guides with or without trained 'tour managers' are available. We can design 'FIT' (Fully Inclusive Tours) for your group, organisation or company.
Languages
Guides speaking most foreign (other than English) languages are available at an additional cost.
Chauffeur services
We offer a full range of vehicles including Mercedes S-Class limousines, luxury sedans, luxury people carriers and luxury passenger vans. Driven by security trained chauffeurs and a discreet celebrity service. Available for airport transfers, daily and evening hire.
VIP touring services
We have combined the expertise of our 'Blue Badge' trained guides and our highly professional chauffeurs to work as a team to provide a secure and discreet touring service.
Tour guide only service
Hire a guide for a day. Your guide will be able to show, tell and help you use London's transport systems. Our tour guides will also be qualified to give private tours inside museums, churches and attractions including private walking tours of London.
Private helicopter charter
Customise sightseeing in luxury aircraft with seating for up to 12 passengers. This service is ideal for Golfing days in Scotland, tours of Bath or Stonehenge or even lunch at a favourite country house hotel restaurant, the choice is yours.

How to pay and cancellation policy
Payments
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMEX. We do not accept CASH.
Cancellation policy
Singular bookings (one tour booked) are as follows: Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of tour. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will incur 50% of full cost of tour.
In the event of a cancellation of multi day tours (more than 1 tour booked) or overnight extended touring by the client, cancellation charges shall be as follows: - Cancellation not less than 90 days prior – fully refundable.
Cancellation between 30-90 days prior: Fully refundable less 75% of the value of the trip.
Cancellation within 30 days: Non-refundable.
Important travel information
Clients must acquire adequate travel insurance to cover any loss of personal belongings or financial loss as a consequence of flight cancellations, personal illness or any other circumstances. By booking tours or services through Luxury Vacations UK Ltd you agree to these terms and conditions.
