Luxury Vacations UK - Terms & Conditions

(a) The Company will make every effort to assist you if you wish to alter your arrangements. Requests for an amendment must be in writing. If it is possible to make the amendment, it will be subject to an amendment charge of £50 per booking, together with all communication charges or other expenses incurred by the Company as a result of the change. These charges will be payable whether or not the Company succeeds in confirming your requested amendment. Scheduled airlines normally regard name changes as a cancellation and rebooking, and any alteration may incur a 100% cancellation charge in respect of the air fare.

(b) All cancellations must be advised in writing. Cancellations are effective on the day they are received by the Company. If you cancel multiple day tours or overnight extended touring, the following cancellation charges will be payable, depending upon the number of days prior to the commencement of booked services the Company receives your notice of cancellation.

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit (plus any ‘Event tickets’ which require immediate booking) in order to secure your Services and Events with Luxury Vacations UK.

Full payment is due 30 days before travel date.

If a Client/Agent wishes to cancel or amend Services less than 30 days before the travel date, we will refund 10% of the total cost, plus any refundable costs due from hotels as per their Terms & Conditions. Please note, this is only applicable to Services booked supplied by Luxury Vacations UK.

If you cancel a single day tour within 48 hours of the scheduled commencement of the booked service, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total cost.

When booking with Luxury Vacations UK (Howard Stevens Ltd) you are required to obtain adequate travel insurance, which must include cover against cancellation fees.
